| Highlights: Jozani Chwaka National Park Countries: Tanzania This is a tropical
rain forest being part of Jozani Chwaka bay National
Park (a tropical natural reserve). Its home to the rare colobus monkey.
Other animals to be seen include, blue sykes monkey, elephant shrew and
bush babies.
CTZO2-Spice Tour - Half-day Countries: Tanzania Spices
were introduced on Zanzibar island by the sultan of Oman in 1873. They
are said to be of medicinal value and are still used by the local
people to cure certain maladies. Different spices including cinnamon,
cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla or black pepper are grown. Other rare plants
of value grown here are henna, perfume tree and lipstick tree.

Heritage Site by Unesco in
2000. This is one of the few intact historical coastal trading towns of
East Africa. This tour will take you to central market, the former
slave market, the Anglican cathedral, Tippu tip House, the house of
wonders, the Old Fort, the Palace Museum, the former residence of the
Sultan and princes Saime and the Maruhubi Palace Ruins.

a private detention for
disobedient slaves. It is today a small tourist resort famous for its
giant tortoises. After the briefing by the guide, you then can spend
sometime sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling or just walking around.
